Ordinance No. 165-PPCS/08 of July 18, 2008 Appointing Mrs. RAHARISOASEHENO Injaikarivony as a Member of the Banking and Financial Supervision Commission
The First President of the Supreme Court of Madagascar issued Ordinance No. 165-PPCS/08 on July 18, 2008, to formally appoint Mrs. RAHARISOASEHENO Injaikarivony as a member of the Banking and Financial Supervision Commission. This appointment is made pursuant to Organic Law No. 2004-036, which governs the organization and procedures of the Supreme Court and its subordinate courts. The Chief Clerk certified and transmitted the nomination for official notification to the Commission's President on July 18, 2008.
