Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“ki”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 24 (4) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”; Whereas on February 28, 2025 “NorkCap Securities” Limited Liability Company applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to register the changes to the Rules of the “NorkCap 1”, a Non-Public, Private Equity, Non-Diversified, Closed-End Contractual Investment Fund of “NorkCap Securities”, a Limited Liability Company; In view of the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 13, dated March 19, 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
