The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) released Consultation Paper No. 70 to propose amendments to its enforcement framework. Market participants can access the proposal online and submit written feedback by 25 May 2010. The DFSA will evaluate all submissions to finalize the updated regulatory enforcement procedures.
