Supreme Decree No. 002-2019-JUS: Regulations of the Law Regulating the Administrative Liability of Legal Entities

Issued by the Ministry of Justice on January 9, 2019, Supreme Decree No. 002-2019-JUS establishes the regulations for Law No. 30424 concerning the administrative liability of legal entities. The decree develops the characteristics, principles, procedures, and stages that legal entities must consider when voluntarily adopting a crime prevention model. Its primary objective is to ensure the adequate, effective, and proper implementation and functioning of these preventive compliance frameworks.
