Determination of Participation Fees and Security Deposits Payable to the Compulsory Insurance Bureau
The Management Board of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan issued a resolution establishing fixed monetary thresholds for insurers joining the Compulsory Insurance Bureau. The directive mandates a 200,000 manats participation fee and specifies security deposits ranging from 100,000 to 200,000 manats depending on the insurance type. Entities registered in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic receive a fifty percent fee reduction when insuring local real estate, vehicles, or obligated persons.
