Notice of Amendments to Legislation (16 June 2015)
The DFSA Board issued amendments to the DFSA Rulebook following the conclusion of a consultation period on Consultation Paper No. 100. These changes introduce two new instruments that repeal and replace the existing Fees (FER) and Recognition (REC) modules with updated versions. The amendments officially come into force on 1 August 2015, and the revised modules along with detailed appendices are available on the DFSA website.
