Notice of Amendments to Legislation July 2012
The DFSA Board issued nine rulemaking instruments that repeal and replace core modules of the DFSA Rulebook, including General Module, Conduct of Business, Prudential, Fees, Markets, Authorised Market Institutions, Anti Money Laundering, and Glossary. Finalized following consultations on Papers No. 82 and 84, these amendments take effect on 16 August 2012. Instrument No. 102 incorporates consequential changes from the new Markets Regime, with all updated modules published on the DFSA website upon implementation.
