Circular No. 74/2025: Automated Supervision System (SupTech)
The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Circular No. 74/2025 to mandate the use of the Automated Supervision System (SupTech) for submitting specific regulatory reports. Effective July 31, 2025, banks must transmit the reports listed in Annex 1 exclusively through the SupTech platform. Banks are required to continue submitting Annex 2 reports via email as part of the quarterly and Call Report submissions while strictly adhering to all specified deadlines.

Subject: Automated Supervision System (SupTech)
With reference to the above subject, and in continuation of Circular No. (2023/243) dated 2023-10-20,
and Circular No. (2024/58) dated 2024-06-04 regarding the Automated Supervision System (SupTech),
Please be informed of the following:

Restrict the submission of the reports mentioned in Annex No. (1) of this circular via the Automated Supervision System (SupTech), starting with data from 2025-07-31.

Continue to submit the reports included in Annex No. (2) of this circular, which are listed within the Quarterly Report and the Call Report, via email.
Emphasizing the necessity to comply with sending reports through the Automated Supervision System (SupTech) according to the specified deadlines.
