The Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Board Resolution No. 104 A on June 20, 2025, to formally register the Rules of Kverdi Hedge Fund. This action fulfills a request submitted by Kverdi Fund Management LLC on May 13, 2025, following a positive conclusion from the Licensing and Supervision Committee. The resolution becomes effective upon registration with the fund manager or delivery to an authorized representative.

Registering the Rules of “ Kverdi Hedge Fund ” , a
Non-Public, Contractual Investment Fund of “ Kverdi Fund Management ” , a Limited Liability Company
Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“ki”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 21 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”; and Paragraph 29 of Regulation 10/11 “Terms and Conditions for Registration of Investment Fund (Fund Rules), Granting Preliminary Permission to Sell Securities of Foreign Investment Fund in the Republic of Armenia” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 117-N, dated May 2, 2011;
Whereas on May 13, 2025 “Kverdi Fund Management”, a Limited Liability Company, applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to register the Rules of “Kverdi Hedge Fund” Non-Public, Contractual Investment Fund of “Kverdi Fund Management” LLC; and
In view of the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 26, dated June 4, 2025),
the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
E n a c t s:
Register the Rules of “Kverdi Hedge Fund” Non-Public, Contractual Investment Fund of “Kverdi Fund Management” Limited Liability Company.
This resolution to enter into force upon being registered with “Kverdi Fund Management” Limited Liability Company or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “Kverdi Fund Management” Limited Liability Company.
