The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR), Having regard to Delegated Regulation No. 2017/1946 of the Commission of 11 July 2017 supplementing Directives 2004/39/EC and 2014/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council with regulatory technical standards concerning the exhaustive list of information that candidate acquirers must attach to the notification of the envisaged acquisition of a qualified participation in an investment firm; Having regard to the Monetary and Financial Code, particularly Articles L. 531-6 and L. 611-4 thereof; Having regard to the Order of 4 December 2017 on the approval, modification of status, withdrawal of approval, and deregistration of investment firms and similar establishments; Having regard to the opinion of the Prudential Affairs Consultative Committee of 16 November 2021,
DECIDES
Article 1: The following are hereinafter referred to as "investment firms":
Article 2: Investment firms that submit an application to the competent authority for the acquisition of control or a qualified participation must submit a complete application file to that authority using the form set out in the annex to this instruction.

Article 3: This form, together with any requested supplementary documents, must be completed electronically and submitted via the portal accessible at the following address: https://acpr-portail.banque-france.fr
Article 4: This instruction shall enter into force on the fifteenth day following its publication in the Official Register of the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority.
