Decision No. (35) of 2010 of the Authority's Board of Directors
The Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA) Board of Directors approved a draft amendment to the Executive Regulations of the Capital Market Law. This amendment establishes regulatory controls for the issuance of bonds in tranches. The approved draft was subsequently forwarded to the Minister of Investment for negotiation and official issuance.

The Board, by unanimous consent of those present, approved the draft amendment to the Executive Regulations of the Capital Market Law regarding the controls for issuing bonds in tranches, and directed sending the draft amendment to the Executive Regulations to the Minister of Investment for negotiation and issuance.
