Dispositions on Remuneration and Incentive Policies in Banks and Banking Groups

The Bank of Italy issued dispositions on remuneration and incentive policies for banks and banking groups, effective March 30, 2011. These regulations were subsequently repealed by the 7th update (November 18, 2014) of Circular No. 285. The document also references the transposition of CRD 3 regarding bank remuneration systems.
