Circular No. 90 of 2018: Updated Quarterly Reports File (Unified Report and Provision Schedule)
The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Circular No. 90 of 2018 to require all specialized lending institutions in Palestine to submit updated quarterly reports, comprising the unified report and provision schedule. This directive implements Article 22 of Presidential Decree No. 132 of 2011 alongside Circular No. 2014/37 and Instructions No. 2014/02, while aligning reporting procedures with modern technological and automated systems. Institutions must complete and submit the attached documentation simultaneously with their regular quarterly reports at the close of the second quarter of 2018.
