International Trade Zone Regulations, 1995 (Consolidated to August 2022)
The Minister of Finance and Communications, through the Financial Services Authority, issues these regulations to govern commercial activities within designated zones in Seychelles. The framework mandates perimeter security, requires license holders to maintain detailed records and submit monthly returns, and strictly regulates the manufacturing, movement, destruction, and taxation of goods. It establishes a comprehensive fee schedule for various business licenses, grants the Authority inspection and seizure powers, and imposes penalties of up to R15,000 plus six months imprisonment for regulatory breaches.
