Palestine Monetary Authority Circular No. 15/2025 Regarding National Security Forces Authorized Signatory
The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Circular No. 15/2025 to instruct all specialized lending institutions in Palestine to recognize the new authorized signatory for the National Security Forces. This directive implements a request from the Commander of the National Security Forces to approve the signature of Colonel Engineer Ahmed Abdel Karim Issa Jumaa, Director of the Financial Administration, for all security force facility transactions. Institutions are required to update their records and execute legal procedures effective from June 29, 2025, according to the attached signature model.

Subject: Letter from the Commander of the National Security Forces
Attached is a letter from Major General Al-Badri/Abdul Ibrahim Khalil, Commander of the National Security Forces, regarding the approval of the signature of Colonel Engineer/Ahmed Abdel Karim Issa Jumaa (Director of the National Security Financial Administration) on all transactions related to facilities for the National Security Forces, starting from the date 2025/06/29, according to the attached signature model.
Accordingly, all lending institutions are requested to implement the legal requirements of the aforementioned letter in accordance with established procedures.
