The Saudi Central Bank permits bank branches located in or adjacent to government buildings to adjust their operating hours to align with the respective institutions' schedules. To qualify, branches must primarily serve government staff or visitors, operate within eight flexible hours between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, clearly advertise their adjusted hours at the entrance and through other channels, and submit a list of affected branches to the Bank. This circular amends previous banking regulations by granting operational flexibility while ensuring transparent public communication and regulatory oversight.
