Data Protection Regulations (Amendment No. 1) 2025

The Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Global Market enacted the Data Protection Regulations (Amendment No. 1) 2025 to modify the Data Protection Regulations 2021. The amendments introduce a new subsection allowing for additional conditions set by Board Rules and correct minor drafting errors in existing clauses. These regulations apply within the Abu Dhabi Global Market and come into force upon publication.
