Public Notice on Purported Takeover of ADB Limited by Unibank
The Securities and Exchange Commission issued this notice to clarify that it has not received any takeover application from Unibank regarding ADB Limited. The regulator emphasized that such transactions require prior approval from the Bank of Ghana under Act 930 before SEC review.
