Notice of Amendments to Legislation (19 Dec 2019)
The DFSA Board, following Consultation Paper No. 121, enacted DIFC Law No. 3 of 2019 and issued six corresponding Rulemaking Instruments to update the DFSA Rulebook. These instruments repeal and replace the General, Collective Investment, Islamic Finance, Prudential, Glossary, and Fees modules with revised versions incorporating stakeholder feedback. All amendments come into force on 29 December 2019, with updated modules and appendices published on the DFSA website.
