Granting an Additional License to “ Freedom Finance Armenia ” , a Limited Liability Company , for Providing Investment Services and , Accordingly, Modifying the Company's Investment Services Provision Activity License No. IC 0021

Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“jf”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 37 (3) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”; Whereas on April 10, 2025 and on May 6, 2025 “Freedom Finance Armenia”, a Limited Liability Company, applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to modify the Investment Services Activity License No. IC 0021 granted thereto for providing investment services; In view of the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 22, dated May 14, 2025); the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

E n a c t s:

Granting an activity license to “Freedom Finance Armenia” Limited Liability Company for providing additional investment services, in particular in the field of “Securities portfolio management” and “Implementation of guaranteed and unguaranteed placement of securities”.

Modify the Investment Services Provision Activity License No. IC 0021 granted to “Freedom Finance Armenia” Limited Liability Company in connection with providing additional investment services.

This resolution to enter into force on the day it is signed.
