Notice of Consultation Paper Release – DFSA Proposed Changes to FMT Jurisdiction, Supervisory Powers and Decision Making
The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) released Consultation Paper No. 94 to propose amendments to the Financial Markets Tribunal jurisdiction, supervisory powers, and internal decision-making processes. Regulated entities must submit written feedback on these proposed regulatory adjustments by 5 May 2014. The DFSA will evaluate all submissions to finalize the updated supervisory framework and tribunal procedures before implementing the revised rules.
