The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) declared compliance with the European Banking Authority's guidelines on disclosure requirements under Part Eight of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013, except for paragraph 71. These guidelines apply to credit institutions and investment firms supervised by the ACPR starting from the decree of December 31, 2017, pending the implementation of the amended European regulation. The ACPR requires these entities to take all necessary measures to comply with the guidelines in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010.
NOTICE Implementation of the European Banking Authority's guidelines on disclosure requirements under Part Eight of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 (EBA/GL/2016/11) The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared compliance with the European Banking Authority's guidelines (EBA/GL/2016/11) on disclosure requirements under Part Eight of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013, with the exception of paragraph 71. These guidelines are annexed to this notice. Under the conditions set out in paragraphs 7, 8, and 10 of these guidelines, they are applicable, as of the decree of December 31, 2017, pending the implementation of the amended European regulation, to credit institutions and investment firms, other than portfolio management companies, subject to the supervision of the ACPR, which must take all necessary measures to comply with them, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 establishing the European Banking Authority.
