M-2025-026: Renaming of the BSP's Residential Property Price Index and Waiving of the Notarization Requirement of the Bank Quarterly Report on Residential Real Estate Loans and Quarterly Report on Appraised Commercial Properties
Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas issued Memorandum No. M-2025-026 to rename the Residential Real Estate Price Index to the Residential Property Price Index and to waive the notarization requirement for specific bank quarterly reports. This directive mandates that Universal and Commercial Banks, Thrift Banks, and Digital Banks submit the Bank Quarterly Report on Residential Real Estate Loans and the Quarterly Report on Appraised Commercial Properties without notarized transmittal forms. The updated guidelines streamline the reporting process by allowing electronic submission of documents signed by authorized bank officials within the prescribed deadlines.
