Notice of Amendments to Legislation (15 February 2015)
The DFSA Board has enacted three rulemaking instruments to amend the DFSA Rulebook following a public consultation on proposed legislative changes. These instruments repeal and replace the existing Conduct of Business, Collective Investment Rules, and Glossary modules with updated versions. The amendments come into force on 1 April 2015, and the finalized rules alongside a summary of public comments are available on the DFSA website.
