Introduction of Circular CSSF 20/758 on central administration, internal governance and risk management for investment firms

The CSSF issued Circular 20/757 to introduce Circular CSSF 20/758, which establishes new requirements for central administration, internal governance, and risk management for investment firms. This new circular repeals the previous Circular CSSF 12/552 and its subsequent amendments to update the regulatory framework. The document serves as the official announcement replacing the older standards with the revised governance and risk management obligations effective from its publication date.
