Circular No. 4/2025: Summer Time in Palestine
The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Circular No. 4/2025 to all money changers operating in Palestine, mandating the implementation of summer time. The directive requires advancing clocks by 60 minutes effective from the morning of Saturday, April 12, 2025. This action is taken pursuant to the provisions of Law Decree No. 40 of 2022 regarding the licensing and supervision of the money changing profession and a decision by the Cabinet of Ministers.

Subject: Summer Time in Palestine
Based on the provisions of Law Decree No. (40) of 2022 concerning the licensing and supervision of the money changing profession, and based on the decision of the esteemed Cabinet of Ministers, we inform you that summer time in Palestine will commence starting from the morning of Saturday, April 12, 2025, by advancing the clock hands by (60) minutes forward.
