General Superintendent Resolution on Supervision of Conduct No. 014-2026-SMV/11.1

The Superintendency of the Securities Market (SMV) issued Resolution No. 014-2026-SMV/11.1 to order the exclusion of investment shares issued by Perubar S.A. from the Public Registry of the Securities Market. This exclusion will take effect once the respective Exclusionary Public Buy Offer (OPC) has been completed and settled. The resolution formally mandates the removal of these securities from the registry upon the conclusion of the buyout process.
