NOTICE OF PUBLIC OFFERING OF DIGITAL ASSETS
Desarrolladora Costa Dorada, S.A. de C.V., in its capacity as a digital asset issuer, informs the general public that on Tuesday, November 25, at 14:00 hours, it will launch the Public Offering of its debt token “ECDORD.”
The issuance consists of a total of 16,000,000 tokens. This digital asset will have as its underlying asset a Debt Acknowledgment Agreement, which formalizes the Issuer’s obligation to generate interest.
The public offering has been duly approved by the National Digital Assets Commission (CNAD) under registration entry AD-00023.
