Central Bank revokes electronic money institution license of Paysis LLC
The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has revoked the electronic money institution license of Paysis LLC pursuant to Article 54.1.1 of the Law "On Payment Services and Payment Systems". The revocation was enacted via a Board of Directors decision dated June 1, 2026, nullifying the company's July 11, 2024 license (No. EPT-007) that authorized its electronic money operations. This action formally terminates Paysis LLC's legal authority to issue or manage electronic money within the jurisdiction effective immediately.
