Grupo CS, S.A.S. de C.V. announces the public offering of its income token $PMARISCO1, scheduled to begin on April 28, 2026, under the regulatory framework of El Salvador's Digital Assets Issuance Law. The token grants holders economic rights to royalties and licensing revenues generated by the "Puerto Marisco" brand and related contracts. The issuance comprises 2,125 tokens valued at USD 1,000 each, with 1,700 available to investors and 425 allocated to issuer shareholders as sweat equity.
PUBLIC OFFER NOTICE FOR DIGITAL ASSETS
GRUPO CS, S.A.S. DE C.V., in its capacity as Issuer of Digital Assets, informs the general public that on April 28, 2026, at 10:00 hours (time of the Republic of El Salvador and the Republic of Guatemala, GMT-6), the public offering of its income token "$PMARISCO1" will commence.
This digital asset allows investors to participate in a public offering of income tokens, backed by the assignment of economic rights in favor of Token holders regarding the rents obtained and cash flows generated by the Issuer in the form of royalties and/or income from licenses for the use of the "Puerto Marisco" brand, its other distinctive signs, and any other income derived from use or licensing contracts related thereto. The public offering is structured in accordance with the Digital Assets Issuance Law and the regulations issued by the National Commission of Digital Assets of El Salvador, under registry entry AD-00032.

The issuance consists of 2,125 tokens, with a nominal value of USD $1,000.00 each. 425 tokens will be assigned to the Issuer's Shareholders as Sweat Equity, and 1,700 tokens will be available to investors¹.
¹ From the moment of the Public Offer Notice, the Issuer's Shareholders must acquire two hundred fifty-five (255) $PMARISCO1 tokens with their own resources, equivalent to 15% of the Base Amount (US$255,000.00).
