CL-2026-027: Lost Bangko Sentral Registration Documents (BSRDs)
The Office of the Managing Director of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas issued Circular Letter CL-2026-027 to notify authorized agent banks and foreign exchange corporations of eight lost Bangko Sentral Registration Documents. The circular identifies the specific BSRD numbers and registration details for KMC Solutions Hong Kong Limited's foreign direct investments in various Philippine companies. These documents have been applied for replacement and must not be honored for foreign exchange transactions if found, pursuant to Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions.
