Decision No. 68 of 2017 of the General Authority for Financial Supervision Board Regarding Appendix No. 1 on Controls for the Component Reserve, Amended 20 June 2019
The General Authority for Financial Supervision Board of Directors issued Decision No. 75 of 2019 to amend Decision No. 68 of 2017 regarding Appendix No. 1 on controls for the component reserve. This amendment replaces the original texts of Articles One and Two with updated regulatory provisions governing reserve utilization. The revision aligns the appendix with the Authority’s updated supervisory framework effective 20 June 2019.
