Cabinet Resolution No (41) of 2023 Amending Resolution No (4) of 2013 on the Location and Area of the Abu Dhabi Global Market
The Cabinet of the United Arab Emirates issued Resolution No. 41 of 2023 to amend the location and area of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). The resolution officially designates ADGM to encompass Al Maryah Island with an area of 1,488,417.94 square meters and Al Reem Island with an area of 12,889,332.87 square meters. This decision modifies the previous designation under Resolution No. 4 of 2013 and became effective upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
