Central Bank of Seychelles Verification of UN Security Council Consolidated Sanctions List
The Central Bank of Seychelles directs supervised entities to continuously monitor the UN Security Council’s automatically updated Consolidated Sanctions List. Institutions must verify that transactions involving listed individuals are properly routed through their systems to prevent serious adverse jurisdictional repercussions. The updated list is freely accessible in XML, PDF, and HTML formats via the official UN portal.

Moreover, an updated version, in English, of the Consolidated UNSC Sanctions List is accessible in XML, PDF and HTML formats at https://www.un.org/sc/suborg/en/sanctions/unsc-consolidated-list. Accordingly, we urge you to consult the updated list in order to ensure that transactions for such individuals are not being routed through your institution, as this will have serious adverse repercussions upon our jurisdiction.
