Board of Directors of the Financial Regulatory Authority

Having reviewed the Law on Supervision and Regulation of Insurance in Egypt issued by Law No. 10 of 1981, as amended by Law No. 118 of 2008, and its Executive Regulations,
and the Law on Joint Stock Companies, Commandite Companies by Shares, and Limited Liability Companies issued by Law No. 159 of 1981 and its Executive Regulations,
and Law No. 10 of 2009 regulating supervision over non-banking financial markets and instruments,
and the request submitted by the Company for its deletion from the Authority's register of insurance consulting expert companies,
and the memorandum submitted by the Central Administration for Company Establishment and Licensing dated 2015/6/28,
and the approval of the Authority's Board of Directors at its meeting held on 2015/7/12.

Decided

Article (1): Deletion of the registration of Goodlife Insurance Consulting Company from the Authority's register of insurance consulting expert companies.

Article (2): This Decision shall take effect from the date of its issuance, and the relevant sectors and departments shall implement it according to their respective competencies.
