Decision on the Sale of Commemorative Coins Issued on the Occasion of the Bicentenary of Dositej Obradovic’s Coming to Serbia in 2007

The Governor of the National Bank of Serbia issued this decision to authorize the direct sale of commemorative coins to domestic and foreign natural and legal persons. The coins are available for purchase starting on 17 September 2007 at the Bank's Head Office in Belgrade and through its branches. The decision entered into force upon its publication in the Official Gazette on 30 July 2007.

“RS Official Gazette”, No. 72/2007 Pursuant to Article 21, paragraph 1 of the Law on the National Bank of Serbia (“RS Official Gazette”, Nos. 72/2003 and 55/2004), and with reference to Articles 7 and 8 of the Law on Commemorative Coins (“RS Official Gazette”, No. 46/96), the Governor of the National Bank of Serbia hereby issues the following D E C I S I O N ON THE SALE OF COMMEMORATIVE COINS ISSUED ON THE OCCASION OF THE BICENTENARY OF DOSITEJ OBRADOVIC’S COMING TO SERBIA IN 2007

  1. The National Bank of Serbia shall sell commemorative coins issued pursuant to the Decision on Issuing Commemorative Coins on the Occasion of the Bicentenary of Dositej Obradovic’s Coming to Serbia (“RS Official Gazette”, No. 68/2007) directly to domestic and foreign natural persons and legal entities in the country, in the Head Office of the National Bank of Serbia in Belgrade and through National Bank of Serbia branches.
  2. The National Bank of Serbia shall release the commemorative coins referred to in Section 1 hereof for sale on 17 September 2007.
