Further to our Circular No. (2025/147), please find attached a copy of the letter from Mr. Ihsan Helana - Director General of the General Administration of Non-Governmental Organizations and Public Affairs at the Ministry of Interior, No. (12479), regarding the request to reactivate all bank accounts for the Al-Qimmah Charity Association registered under Number (BL-3513-C), in light of the Association's regularization of its status with the Ministry in accordance with regulations.

Accordingly, the necessary measures are requested for implementation.

Based on the minutes of the General Assembly meeting of your aforementioned Association, held on [ 15/11/2025 ], during which elections were held for a new Board of Directors; and based on the minutes of the meeting of the elected board held on [ 15/11/2025 ], during which positions were distributed; and in accordance with Article [ 14 ] of your Statute, which specifies the term of the Board of Directors as [ 2 years ], we hereby approve the following names as the Board of Directors for the Association for a term of [ 2 years ] starting from [ 15/11/2025 ] and ending on [ 15/11/2027 ], with new elections to be held at that time.
