The Central Bank of Bahrain proposes amendments to the Financial Crime Module (Module FC) governing companies under formation within Rulebook Volumes 1 and 2. Regulated entities must submit their feedback or nil comments in editable format to the regulator by 17 August 2023. These updates will be published on the Central Bank website and integrated into the national framework to strengthen financial crime compliance.

**Consultation: Amendments to Financial Crime Module (Module FC)**
As part of the Central Bank of Bahrain’s (CBB) objective to enhance its regulatory framework, the CBB is hereby proposing amendments to Module FC on companies under formation under the CBB Rulebook – Volumes 1 and 2.
The proposed amendments are attached and will be available on the CBB website (www.cbb.gov.bh) under the “open consultations” section.
The CBB requests you to provide your comments, including “nil comments” on the proposed amendments in an editable format to consultation@cbb.gov.bh by 17th August 2023.
