Registering Changes to the Rules of Actina Interval Non-Public Contractual Investment Fund of TD Capital

The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 175 A to officially register amendments to the governing rules of the Actina Interval Non-Public Contractual Investment Fund. This regulatory action follows applications submitted by TD Capital Limited Liability Company on August 28 and September 25, 2025, and incorporates the supervisory conclusion from the Licensing and Supervision Committee. The resolution enters into force upon registration with TD Capital or the day following its delivery to an authorized representative of the company.

THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA BOARD RESOLUTION October 7, 2025; No. 175 A Registering Changes to the Rules of “Actina” Interval Non-Public Contractual Investment Fund of “TD Capital”, a Limited Liability Company

Pursuant to Article 2(3) and Article 20 (“ki”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 24(4) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”; Whereas on August 28, 2025 and September 25, 2025 “TD Capital”, a Limited Liability Company, applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to register the changes to the Rules of “Actina” Interval Non-Public Contractual Investment Fund of “TD Capital” LLC; and Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 43, dated October 1, 2025),

E n a c t s:

  1. Register the changes to the Rules of “Actina” Interval Non-Public Contractual Investment Fund of “TD Capital” Limited Liability Company.
  2. This resolution to enter into force upon being registered with “TD Capital” Limited Liability Company or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “TD Capital” Limited Liability Company.
