Circular No. 35/2025: Winter Time in Palestine

Subject: Winter Time in Palestine
Based on the provisions of Article (73) of Law No. (9) of 2010 concerning Banks, and in light of the decision of the esteemed Council of Ministers, winter time in Palestine will commence at 2:00 AM on Saturday, October 25, 2025, by setting the clocks back by sixty minutes.
