CL-2025-039: Rural Bank of Sta. Rosa (Laguna), Inc. - Change of Corporate Name to Salmon Bank (Rural Bank) Inc.
The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas authorized the change of corporate name of Rural Bank of Sta. Rosa (Laguna), Inc. to Salmon Bank (Rural Bank) Inc. on February 21, 2025. The Securities and Exchange Commission subsequently approved the Amended Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws reflecting this new name on August 5, 2025.
