Resolution on Reissuance of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale License No. 721 to Individual Entrepreneur Gagik Jndoyan

On Reissuance of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale License No. 721 Granted to Individual Entrepreneur Gagik Jndoyan

Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“it”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Paragraph 9 of the Annex to Regulation No. 10 “On Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Transactions,” as approved under the Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia No. 138-N, dated May 15, 2007;

Whereas Individual Entrepreneur Gagik Jndoyan applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on July 24, 2025, with a request for reissuance of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale License No. 721 granted to him;

E n a c t s:

To reissue Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale License No. 721 granted to Individual Entrepreneur Gagik Jndoyan in connection with the change of location of the exchange office operations.

This resolution to enter into force on the day following either the delivery to Individual Entrepreneur Gagik Jndoyan, or to the duly authorized person thereof, in accordance with the established procedure.
