De-Listing of Valpre Capital SAL from the List of Financial Intermediation Institutions
The Capital Markets Authority issued Notice No. 75 to formally remove Valpre Capital S.A.L. (Registration No. 29) from the List of Financial Intermediation Institutions, following its compliance with specified conditions under Board Decision No. 21/4/5 dated May 5, 2021. This de-listing is legally effective upon publication in the Official Gazette and confirms that all statutory requirements for deregistration have been satisfied. The notice, signed by the Chairman of the Capital Markets Authority and Governor of the Central Bank of Lebanon on October 19, 2021, finalizes Valpre Capital's transition out of the regulated financial intermediation registry.
