Announcement of the publication of the Governor's interview transcript

The Bank of England announces the publication of the transcript for the Governor's pooled broadcast interview following the Monetary Policy Committee meeting on 18 June 2026. The transcript will be made available on the Bank's website at 1.30pm on 17 June 2026. This release follows the earlier publication of the Monetary Policy Summary and the minutes of the meeting.

Following the publication of Monetary Policy Summary and minutes of the Monetary Policy Committee meeting on 18 June 2026, the Governor will give his usual pooled broadcast interview. The transcript of this interview will be published at 1.30pm on this page:
