The Head of the Department of Regulation, Supervision and Control of Rural Credit and Proagro Operations (Derop) of the Central Bank of Brazil issued this Circular Letter to update Annex II of Document 6 of the Rural Credit Manual (MCR). This amendment specifically revises the codes for mandatory resources (MCR 6-2) within the statement of rural credit liabilities and applications. The updated document will be made available on the Central Bank's website, and the Circular Letter enters into force on the date of its publication.
The Head of the Department of Regulation, Supervision and Control of Rural Credit and Proagro Operations (Derop), using the powers conferred by Article 99, item II, clause "a", of the Internal Regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil, attached to Ordinance No. 84,287 of February 27, 2015, and Article 4 of Circular Letter No. 3,801 of July 7, 2016, and considering the provisions of item 13 of Section 1 (General Provisions) of Chapter 6 (Resources) of the Rural Credit Manual (MCR),
R E S O L V E:
Art. 1º Annex II (Codes of Mandatory Resources - MCR 6-2) of Document 6 (Statement of Rural Credit Liabilities and Applications) of the Rural Credit Manual (MCR) is hereby updated.
Sole Paragraph. The MCR - Document 6 will be made available on the website of the Central Bank of Brazil, on the MCR consultation page, at the electronic address www3.bcb.gov.br/mcr.
Art. 2º This Circular Letter enters into force on the date of its publication.
