Instruction No. 2025-I-14 regarding reporting on issuers of asset-referenced tokens and e-money tokens under Titles III and IV of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114
The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) issued Instruction No. 2025-I-14 to establish detailed reporting requirements for issuers of asset-referenced tokens and e-money tokens. This instruction implements the transparency and disclosure obligations mandated by Titles III and IV of the European Union's Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) Regulation.
