Superintendence Resolution No. 013-2026-SMV/10 February 26, 2026

BLUM Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. is sanctioned with six (6) admonitions and a fine of 16.50 UIT equivalent to S/ 81,375.00 (eighty-one thousand three hundred seventy-five and 00/100 soles) for having committed fourteen (14) minor infractions typified in Annex I, numeral 3, item 3.1 of the Sanctions Regulation, by failing to submit occasional information within the deadline established by the applicable regulations.
