Notice of Consultation Paper Release (16 Dec 2013)
The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) issued two consultation papers requiring public feedback on proposed enhancements to the auditor regime and updated regulatory reporting under the PIB and PIN modules. Stakeholders must submit comments on Consultation Paper No. 91 by 14 February 2014, while responses for Consultation Paper No. 92 are due by 16 January 2014. These submissions will inform the DFSA's final regulatory adjustments to audit oversight and reporting compliance frameworks.
