CL-2025-008: Lost Bangko Sentral Registration Document (BSRD)
The Office of the Managing Director of the Bangko Sentral issued Circular Letter CL-2025-008 to notify Authorized Agent Banks and Foreign Exchange Corporations regarding the loss of BSRD No. A016017-DE. The document, originally issued on 18 October 2010 for the foreign direct investment registration of SANOFI PASTEUR S.A., has been reported lost and a replacement has been applied for. Banks are instructed not to honor the lost document if found and presented for foreign exchange transactions, pursuant to Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions.
