Announcement on the Issuance of Additional 50 Fening Coins Minted with the 2007 Date
The Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina announces the issuance of additional 50 Fening coins minted with the 2007 date, authorized by decisions from September and October 2006. These coins retain the technical characteristics of the 1998 issue but feature the year 2007 on the reverse side to replace the previous date. The coins will enter circulation as legal tender on April 16, 2007, through the Bank's central office, main units, and branches.

ANNOUNCEMENT
on the issuance of additional 50 Fening coins minted with the 2007 date
In accordance with Decision No. UV 216/06 dated September 26, 2006, and Decision No. UV 223/06 dated October 27, 2006, the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina has minted additional quantities of 50 Fening coins.
This coinage possesses the basic features and technical characteristics established in all respects by the Decision on the issuance, basic features, and circulation of 10, 20, and 50 Fening coins, Decision No. UV 23/98 dated November 18 and 19, 1998 ("Official Gazette of BiH", Nos. 24/98 and 25/98), with the exception that the reverse side of the 50 Fening coin bears the numerical designation "2007" replacing the numerical designation "1998" as the minting year of this denomination.
Starting from April 16, 2007, the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina will, through its central office, main units, and branches, place the aforementioned coinage into circulation as legal tender in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Notice regarding the issuance of additional 50 Fening coins minted with the 2007 date will be available on the website of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This announcement will be published in the "Official Gazette of BiH", "Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH", "Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska", and "Official Gazette of the Brčko District of BiH".
